Ramen Noodles: 5 Different Ways

Hi y’all!

While winter gets chilly I thought I’d share some recipes for how to make the easiest meal known to man a little more interesting. I got all of these recipes from TikTok chefs, who are all listed at the bottom of this article. Hope y’all enjoy and have a great weekend!

Without further ado, here are my favorite ramen noodle video recipes I’ve seen on food TikTok!

Kylie Jenner’s Ramen Noodles:

  1. Start cooking two (2) individual packages in boiling water in a pan.

  2. When halfway cooked, take half the water out and let it cook for 4 more minutes.

  3. Beat 1 egg and add it in, mixing well

  4. then add ramen seasoning package.

  5. 1 tbsp. garlic seasoning

  6. 1 tbsp. butter

Cheese & Egg Ramen

  1. Chop sliced cheese into triangles for the aesthetic. If you have any, chop some green onions, too.

  2. Add 350mL of water to your pan (pan not pot) and start boiling the noodles. Add your seasoning.

  3. When the noodles are 2 minutes away from being done, place the cheese in the pot in whatever fun design you’d like, add the green onions, and crack an egg in the middle. Season with black pepper and cover with a lid.

Creamy Milky Ramen

  1. Cook noodles regularly in water. Save the seasoning package!

  2. Pour 1.5 cups of full fat milk into your pan, heating before adding your seasoning package.

  3. Add cooked noodles and bring to a boil.

Ramen and Cheese

  1. Cook your noodles (spicy noodles go great with this one) the same as always, just don’t add seasoning yet.

  2. In a pot or pan, add 1 tbsp. of flour to 2 tbsp. of butter. Mix well and then add a half cup of milk.

  3. Add 1/3 cup of your favorite cheese (Cheddar is very friendly).

  4. In a separate pan, add your cooked noodles (no water), starchy water, and your seasoning.

  5. Mix your cheese sauce with the noodles and mix well!

  6. On your plate, serve the noodles with sesame seeds, siracha, and a bit more cheese.

Tabitha Brown’s Vegan Noodles

  1. Use vegan noodles, put them in hot water.

  2. While they’re boiling, place 1/4 cup of chopped mushrooms, 1/4 cup green pepper, 1/4 cup red peppers, and 1/4 cup sliced cabbage in a pan.

  3. Add some garlic powder to your vegetables, some Aji Nori Furikake seasoning, a hint of lemon juice. Lastly, add some coconut aminos (or soy sauce, either is fine) and sautee for a few minutes.

  4. Add your noodles to the pan, add the seasoning package. Remove from heat once cooked.

  5. Put it in a fancy bowl with cilantro and lemon juice and enjoy!
