Q: Do you engrave?

              A: Yes, we do engraving. Please Contact me (Here) to discuss engraving.

Q: How much is an engraving?

              A: The price of engraving varies depending on the characters and the complexity of engravement.

               Typical Prices:

1-9 Characters 15$

                                       10-25 Characters 25$ 

Q: Do you guys do fully custom Cutting Boards

A: Yes I will design a custom cutting board for your liking and then build it, with your customization at the center of it! Prices will vary depending on size and wood choice, there is a 40$ Set designer fee. Please Contact me (Here) if you are interested.

Q: What is the time frame of my order

              A: Here at Schneller.Co, we pride our self on the best quality of cutting boards. All cutting boards are built to order. Meaning we make your cutting board as soon as you order it. It usually takes 5-7 Business days to make your cutting board. Then we will ship your board. (If you need a rush order, please contact me (Here) to see what I can do!)

Q: Do you guys Ship?

              A: Yes, we ship to the continental United States. Shipping usually takes 2-6 business days, ( if you would like a rush order contact me (Here)). Note we are not responsible for any package that is marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misguided, damaged, or packages delivered to the shipping address provided on order or if the carrier may have delivered to the wrong address.

Q: Do you guys accept Returns?

              A: Yes, Schneller.co is a small woodworking business, and I stand by the quality of our cutting boards. If you have a problem with a cutting board, you have 14 days to get a 100% refund or to exchange it for another item in the shop. If your product is destroyed or defected, we will fix it or exchange it for a new one. Please note that we do not accept refunds for products that have been used, or custom/engraved orders.
